You won't believe how good these Corned Beef Pasties are. Super simple, and a filling made with only a handful of ingredients, you can be sure there are no hidden nasties in these pasties and they haven't been covered in lashings of oil like many high street bakers do: you may never go back to the shop bought version.
The beauty of this technique is how versatile it is. You can experiment with different fillings and flavours, you can make them for picnics or as a snack and you can even serve with veggies and gravy for a substantial dinner.

This recipe is suitable if you're gluten free as long as you swap out the following ingredients for gluten free versions;
- Weight Watchers wraps
- Worcestershire sauce
You could also enjoy these pasties if you're dairy free.

These pasties are perfect if you're following a calorie controlled diet, and fits well with any one of the major diet plans such as Weight Watchers.

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Mix all the ingredients together with salt, black pepper and mustard powder to taste

Divide the filling mixture into 3 portions and spoon into the wraps
Step 4
Fold them over and brush the inner lip with an egg wash
Step 5
Crimp the edges with a fork to seal them closed
Step 6
Place on a baking tray sprayed with low calorie cooking spray and brush the tops with the egg wash
Step 7
Bake for about 10-15 mins until they are golden brown then turn over & repeat for the other side
